Stouffville Softball Financial Assistance Program

Stouffville Softball is committed to ensuring that all players have the opportunity to participate, regardless of financial circumstances. The Financial Assistance Program is designed to support families who may need help covering registration and related costs.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered:

• The player must be registered (or intending to register) with Stouffville Softball.
• Financial assistance is intended for families experiencing financial hardship.
• Requests must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.
• All information provided must be accurate and complete.

What the Program Covers

Approved applicants may receive the following support:

• House League Registration Fees
  Stouffville Softball will cover 100% of House League registration fees for each approved player.
• Equipment Assistance
  Up to $75 per approved player may be provided to assist with essential softball equipment costs.

• Select Team Fees (if applicable)
  For players selected to a Select team, players/families are responsible for all Select team fees. Stouffville Softball will work with families to create a payment plan to make participation more manageable.

Important Notes

• Financial assistance is assessed on a case-by-case basis and is subject to available funding.
• Assistance applies only to fees and costs outlined above.
• Approval of assistance does not guarantee placement on a Select team.

All applications and personal information will be kept strictly confidential and reviewed only by designated Stouffville Softball representatives.
